    • hm – coming from an Asian background, I can see your point. From a European perspective, it’s something completely different than Bonn (even though I’ve never been to Singapore). Minsk is pretty drab, gray, depressing, cold and wet in November. And the people aren’t very friendly or outgoing if you don’t speak Russian. Not a place I’d like to go back to any time soon…
